However, it's a huge pain to sign up (mailing/faxing to Ontario??), you don't find out if you get in until the month before, the security was trying to kick artists out 15 minutes after the door closed (while they were clearly packing up), there was little to no space between the aa tables and the end caps which made getting in and out hard and there were some tables off in a section by themselves that people didn't even know were there.
The size/ attendance is smaller than I am used to and the tables cost much more, but like I said, my sales were great (better than some of my bigger shows) ; people definitely came to spend money.
I find it very frustrating that for Fan Expo shows, being such a large company, that we have to send in applications on paper with a cheque, and you don't find out until fairly close to the event whether or not you managed to land a table. It was a fine enough show, probably best to do if you are local to the lower mainland rather than having to travel for it.
