There's 3 types of tables you can apply for, a 1 day table (lottery I think?), standard at $200 and small press at $450. The application process is weird in that all you have to do is buy the table online and you're in. No idea if they even check your artwork. No communication with the staff until maybe a couple weeks before the con.
The booth itself comes with a beautiful tall backdrop and skirted table, probably the nicest set up I've ever received. However they only come with 1 chair.
Layout could be improved, I was facing away from the entrance and felt confusing finding my way back to the table. Some corners of the hall looked poorly lit and sad. The tables that were right in front of the 'stage' had it bad in terms of noise level and also the overcrowding in front of their table(to watch the stage and not buy things). Maybe if they made aisles more evident it would be easier to navigate.
Sales were slow all-around, it was the same for many artists that I asked. I still managed to profit as a local but it wasn't worth it for many people that flew in. It's unfortunate because a lot of us want this con to be better than a certain banime north, but we're hopeful it can improve over time.
Overall it's a great con for attendees if you are interested in the guests and willing to line up for them. For 2020 they've made a decision to hold this con during the same weekend as Yeticon which many attendees are upset about and will divide the audience. So we'll see how that goes.
