Venue is good. Location is not out of the way, it's easy to get to. The only draw back is the lack of rooms for panels and events. The cosplay contest being held in the Dealer's Room/Artist alley makes it overly loud and hard for us to talk to customers. I'm not sure what a good solution is for that if we keep the current venue. (which I like). But, it may be time to look at other places that are comparable, yet offer more rooms for panels and contests.
The staff have always been wonderful, helpful and considerate. It's a nice, positive atmosphere.
Layout: This is ok. I'm not sure what can be done to funnel traffic a little better through artist alley. It may/may not increase sales necessarily, but it does increase visibility which may lead to commissions when the convention is over.
Attendance is good and seems to be growing. It'll be interesting to see how this grows at the convention gets older.
