Matsuricon

For not having a lot of merch I sold well. Attendees were polite and staff was very accommodating for allowing us extra time to pack up each night. The AA staff brought us snacks and water during rushes as well as offered to watch booths if we needed to get up. Layout wise it was set up in a way that made sense for the room which seems like two conference rooms without the dividing wall between. They also allow for booths outside the AA room which they call open AA, where artists are allowed to sell on their own time and don't really need to pack up and leave once the room closes. However I noticed a lot of artists leaving their work just covered up at their booths so I hopefully assume there is a guard or guards watching them throughout the night.
